Four players are each dealt 13 cards from a 106-card double deck (two 52-card decks plus two printed jokers), and one face-up card names the wild joker. Each turn you draw one card and discard another. Arrange all 13 cards into at least two sequences, one of them pure, and declare to win the deal. Everyone else is charged penalty points for their leftover cards, capped at 80.
If you lose the deal, your leftover cards are charged like this:

Three or more consecutive cards of the same suit with no jokers. The Ace works at both ends (A-2-3 or Q-K-A); K-A-2 wraps around and is invalid.
A card flipped face-up before the deal; every card of that rank and matching color becomes wild (four cards across two decks). If the flipped card is a printed joker, all Aces become wild.
Draw your 14th card, then declare: set one card aside and show 13 arranged in at least two sequences with at least one pure sequence, the rest in valid sequences or sets.
The value of your leftover cards: A, K, Q and J are 10 each, numbers at face value, jokers zero. Without a pure sequence you pay for the whole hand, capped at 80 points.
When the draw limit is reached the deal is force-settled, and players are ranked by their penalty points — the lowest hand takes first place.
